We are experienced in prosecuting domain name proceedings with the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), copyright and trademark infringement litigation, unfair competition, interference with business relations, trademark, cancellation and opposition proceedings, and prosecution of counterfeiters.
