J. Brock McClane

J. Brock McClane is a Florida-based attorney with nearly thirty years of experience.

He currently serves as an Of Counsel Attorney for Fisher Rushmer, P.A. in downtown Orlando. McClane’s practice centers on commercial litigation and business planning including international estate settlement, trustee services, international litigation and fiduciary litigation.

McClane has achieved a peer-based reputation for excellence and has been recognized by Florida Super Lawyers, Martindale-Hubbell, Best Lawyers in America and Orlando Magazine's Best Lawyers among others.

McClane is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and serves as the Honorary Consul of Germany in Orlando. He has published several articles on international commercial legal issues, and has actively served as both chairman and member of The Florida Bar, International Law Section. In addition, he serves as a Director of First Green Bank and a Manager of 3N2, LLC.

Committed to community service, McClane is currently a Trustee of the Bach Festival Society of Winter Park and head of the group’s Endowment Committee. He founded the Blankner School Foundation and served as President and Director. He was a member of the Executive Board of Delaney Park Little League as well as the Endowment Chair and Church Council Vice Chair for First United Methodist Church of Orlando. He resides in Orlando with his wife, Sarah, and their three children.
